GigMail

Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and myGIGlife INC. DBA GigMail, 813 Oak St, Ste 10 - 1190, Conway, AR 72032 ("GigMail", "we"). By creating or using a GigMail account you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use GigMail for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. You must be at least 18.

2. The service

GigMail provides email hosting: mail storage, sending and receiving through IMAP, SMTP and webmail, spam filtering, and related tools for your domain. We may improve, change or retire features. We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every message will be delivered, because delivery also depends on other mail systems.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly at support@gigmail.email if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must have the right to use any domain you connect to GigMail.

4. Your mail and content

You own your mail and content. You give us only the limited permission we need to store, process, deliver, filter and back it up so we can run the service for you. We do not read your mail. Automated systems scan messages for spam and malware. Our staff may access content only when needed to run, secure or repair the service, with your permission for support, or when the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit sending volume or block messages to protect the service and other users.

6. Fees

Some plans may be free and some may cost money. If you buy a paid plan, we will show you the price, billing period and how to cancel before you pay, and we will charge you only after you agree.

7. Suspension and ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the account is a security risk, or if the law requires. We will tell you why when we can. After closing, we keep your mailbox for 30 days so you can retrieve your mail, then delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Backups and your copies

We keep backups for disaster recovery, but they are not a substitute for your own copies. Keep copies of mail you cannot afford to lose.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, GigMail is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make promises beyond those in these terms, including promises of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

11. Your responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for claims, losses and costs caused by your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law and where disputes go

Arkansas law governs these terms and any dispute about GigMail, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, or in the federal court whose district includes Faulkner County, and you and we consent to those courts. Nothing here takes away rights you have under law that cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For a material change, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using GigMail after that date, you accept the change. If you do not agree, close your account before then.

14. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between us about GigMail. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may send you notices by email at your account address or contact email.
